 Ingredients
  Five and a half cups of white flour.
Two eggs.
One and a half cups of liquid milk.
  Half a teaspoon of sugar.
  A finger of butter. Half a tablespoon of instant yeast.
  One quarter teaspoon of cinnamon.
  1/4 teaspoon salt.
Vegetable oil for frying

 How to prepare
 
Drain the yeast with sugar in a little warm water and leave it aside until fermented. Beat the butter with the egg in a bowl, then add the milk, water, salt, cinnamon, and melted yeast and toss them with each other. Add the flour, and start the process of kneading until a paste is formed coherent, then cover and leave in a warm place for at least an hour. Cut the dough into circles with a bowl or a cup. Then with a smaller dish, we make a small circle in the middle, then remove it to release the large circle from the middle. Put the donut dough pieces aside until it ferments for a quarter of an hour. Copy the vegetable oil, then turn the donuts until they become golden. Sprinkle with ground sugar or melted chocolate.
