Chocolate Cake without Oven
⧫ The ingredients:
- Four tablespoons of butter.
- A packet of concentrated milk.
- Two hundred grams of tea biscuits.
- One hundred and fifty grams of nuts.
- Fifty grams of raisins.
- Four tablespoons of butter.
- Two hundred grams of chocolate.
- One hundred and twenty-five milliliters of milk.
How to prepare:
- Mix the butter in a deep bowl and mix the butter and the local milk.
- Pour the milk over the fire until it boils.
- Remove the mixture from the fire and add the biscuits, raisins and hazelnuts to the milk and stir until mixed well.
- Place baking paper in a tray along its length and pour the mixture into it.
- Place the tray in the fridge for about a full hour.
- Add the remaining amount of butter, chocolate and milk to a saucepan and put it on medium heat and stir constantly until the chocolate melts completely.
